The hotel is ideal and fantastic with professional employees from valets to desk clerks. Comfortable position in New Orleans. Lots of delicious food for meals.

Beds were a little hard.

A tourist area, great and incredible location really close to so many great bars, restaurants and landmarks, the parades and the French Quarter of New Orleans. Again, walking distance to Louisiana Maritime Museum.

Our room was top-notch and new-fashioned, equipped with a confortable bed, a microwave, the bathroom. The facilities were great.

The bed was not comfortable in this place.

I've had a relaxing stay during the five nights we stayed. Clean, best western hotel, I truly enjoyed big and huge rooms and exceptionally pleasant staff. The location was great and absolutely incredible, super close to everything, it's a plus. I tried some drinks at bar Oceana Grill, located 10 minutes walk away.

I appreciated well-appointed and top-notch room in this hotel.

I booked a room with a comfy bed, a couch and a couch bed.

Appetising meals. The most important - marvellous and fantastic location in a cheap fast food restaurant. Close to Canal street shops and Bourbon Street and Canal Street.

Its location was magnificent and comfortable, in a perfect location right in the French Quarters. And we were close enough to restaurants, Bourbon Street and Canal Street and main streets.

Some people working there were very unprofessional.

Incredible base for 7 nights in New Orleans, great and pretty hotel. Fairly quiet and impressive room with a view and great experience. Marvellous and incredible location in a perfect location right in the French Quarters, and only about 5 minutes' walk to New Orleans centre. Also, easy to get to a Canal street.

You guys made my stay really good. It was gorgeous and impeccably clean hotel with top-class and patient stuff and centrally located in the heart of New Orleans.

The hotel is in a great location, right in the center of everything. It's within walking distance of all the entertainment and dining options in the area. The staff at this hotel are also very helpful and attentive, making sure that all your needs are met. The rooms are comfortable and well-appointed, with nice furniture and spacious king-size beds. I also appreciated the fact that breakfast was included in the price, with a choice of juice or coffee.

No negative aspect mentioned.
